- All products offered by Elnix are digital and delivered instantly after payment.
- Due to the nature of digital content, items cannot be returned once accessed.

Refund Eligibility
- All purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.
- Once a slip is accessed, it is considered consumed and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed.
- Access is granted immediately after purchase.

Exceptions — Eligible for Refund
Eligible- Duplicate payment due to a technical issue.
- Payment completed but access was not provided.
- Verified technical failure preventing usage.

- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
