  • Content is accessible via web platform and CLI tools.

Account & Access

  • Users must provide accurate information during registration.
  • Access is limited based on purchased usage.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

Pricing & Payments

  • Elnix follows a one-time payment model.
  • Users pay ₹261 to access up to 4 slips.
  • Each slip opened deducts one access from available usage.
  • Payments are processed securely via Cashfree.
  • We do not store card or banking details.

Delivery

  • All products are digital.
  • Access is granted instantly after successful payment.
  • No physical delivery is involved.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
  • Once a slip is accessed, it is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds apply only in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical failure.
